Just got this monitor tonight and its AWESOME!!!

but...Afterburner or Precision x displays gpu usage and ram usage wrong. It's saying im only using 9% of my gpu and 256mb of gpu ram.

2. Is there a way to set each game to play at a certain Hz or will it just auto detect the best? (totally new to g-sync and 144hz)

3. Some games go over 144fps (i see no tearing) Is there a way to cap it to 144fps?

2. Go to your nVidia control panel, and set your Refresh rate to "Highest available". This will automatically default the monitor to 144hz when you are in fullscreen mode of any game.

If somehow you want to play in Borderless fullscreen mode (for example, if you want to use colour profiles for games that ignores it in fullscreen mode), you will need to set your desktop refresh rate higher. To do this: Display Settings -> Advanced Display Settings -> Display adapter properties -> Monitor -> Screen Refresh Rate. You monitor will automatically adjust to that setting.

3. G-Sync automatically becomes V-Sync once you hit over 144fps. You can voluntarily switch it off (if you want to) via the nVidia control panel

I set my monitor up for 120hz with vsync on and games still go over that. (i dont need 144fps)

Also should my desktop be at 120hz or 144? I find at 144 it uses more gpu power.

EDIT: AB and precision fixed themselves somehow :)
