Hi, I just bought an Asus MX299Q and the image is not full screen, there are borders on the left and right sides and on top, no border at the bottom. In the nvidia control panel I tried to change the size of the image but it's already at max.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Yeah... that's the way it is.
You probably fell for this marketing trick:

There's no display with bezels that thin. It's photoshopped.

I have like 1 tenth of a inch of a bezel on my ASUS but the thing is when you turn it on there is like a 1/2 border around the screen. The screen goes edge to edge but it has a border.

I could care less about thin bezels It just looks more prone to breakage.

A marketing trick that also ruins the perceived monitor black level against the pitch black inner border

These ultrashort monitors are all about the marketing, but it's scummy to see them resorting to these sorts of tricks too.

The stand you get with this monitor is way too low, and as the touch sensitive buttons are on the BOTTOM of the monitor not the front like normal, whenever you pass your hand under the monitor (ie moving the mouse) you press all the buttons. Therefore a new stand is very necessary or do what I do and put it on a pile of books :)

Yes, crappy marketing and a couple of small design flaws but I do genuinely like this monitor and don't regret getting it.

No your monitor stand is nice, but that asus rog display stand is awful
