I never had this issue before but after the upgrade, the boot up hangs just before the login screen. It's a black screen and I have to wait like 20 or 30 seconds before the login screen comes up.
I researched it and apparently it's a directx file trying to be started at boot. It loads successfully the first time and then fails to start more times after that. go into msconfig and enable boot logging, restart pc, go back in and disable boot logging. go into windows directory and find ntbtlog.txt, you will see the causes of the boot pauses. It's a win 10 thing, hopefully it gets resolved.
