WTB Cheap LGA 775 mATX board

I've got a E8400 CPU. 2 x 1GB sticks of Hynix DDR2 800Mhz and an Intel X25-M 80GB SSD laying around and I just got an old HP Pavillion P6000 case for free off Craigslist.just need a mATX LGA 775 motherboard.Preferably one that has the 9-pin I/O panel configuration.My Asrock H81M-LGS V2 has this type of I/O connection.

I have a non mATX if you device to go that route or not.. Let me know if you are interested..
