Slightly used Thinkpad T430 with upgraded resolution (1600x900). Wife got a refurbished MBP and she just doesn't need two laptops.

I5-2.6 GHz
4 GB RAM
1600x900
Windows 7 Professional
Not sure of the HD size as I just reset to factory and plan on shipping with the machine ready to go through setup the first time. I think it's in the 300 GB HDD class.
Don't have the original box, but the wife barely used it and it's basically like new. Will ship with laptop and power. Originally, this also included a free upgrade to Windows 8 but I never exercised it. Could probably still use that if you wanted to.
Only complaint I have regarding it is that the fan can be a little loud at load.
