WTB: Low Profile pcie VC capable of h264 decode

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to get a home streaming setup going in my house, (tweens coming to stay, and I don't want them on my main pc) and was just gifted a core 2 duo box from work, it's a dell optiplex 780, about 4 inches wide.

Much to my surprise it has a pcie slot in it, so if I can find the right card, it might fit the bill.

I need a short card that requires no external power, has hdmi out (audio and video), and can handle h264 decode for steam home streaming.

Cheap would be great, free even better. Shipping is to Flagstaff AZ 86005.

Let me know if you've got something that could help me out.

Not sure if either of these will fit the bill but I currently have a pny gt 430 which was using in an HTPC until the HTPC was retired and parted. I also have a Gigabyte Fanless 610. Same as above, was using in another HTPC in the house and also has been retired and parted out. Let me know if these interest you and we can work something out for price.
