Not sure where I should be posting this, but considering how amazing Corsair was with the RMA process to replace my faulty DDR3 RAM set, I thought they deserve a positive feedback report here.

They shipped a new set within a few hours of receiving my faulty set and responded very quickly to my followup inquiries (installed it a few hours ago and 0 errors with memtest so everything looking great so far). Shipping time was only 2 days too which is impressive for an international shipment.

Really great customer service, I'd definitely want to buy a Corsair product if available for whatever component I'll need in the future.

I had a similar experience with them when I had to RMA a ddr3 kit as well. They sent it to me next day out of Taiwan and I did not pay for any form of expedited shipping. They also sent out some legs for a K70 Keyboard I had rage hit and managed to break at no cost even though I told them that I was 100% to blame for the problem. All they asked me to do was to verify my purchase to ensure I was still in the warranty period and then confirmed my shipping address.

nobody ever hopes to have to return a product they purchased, but if you do have to in my opinion you could do worse than dealing with Corsair from my experience.

It took them well over a month to replace my first Neutron GTX 240 SSD, I wasn't real happy about that. At least the replacement they sent was a brand new drive.

I RMA'd a DDR3 kit a few years ago that was replaced within a week. Nothing but good things to say about Corsair. I've got an old HX1000 that has been powering all my pc's for the past 7 years. Rock solid to say the least.

I recently had to replace a kit of Dominator GT.'s They shipped me Dominator Platinums, the 1.5v ones.

(Of course I had to go out and buy the light kits for them.) Damn you, Corsair and your subtle DRAM lighting!)

I still have some Corsair ddr1 memory working flawless.

I can attest to their great RMA when my PSU with about 6 month left on it's 5 year warranty.
The fan bearings went an it was hitting the grill.
I made a RMA and they sent me a new upgraded pro 650 PSU.
I am stilll rocking it, it's been probably 3 years now.

Glad they did not send me some reburb but a brand new sealed new updated product.

I found them good, with advance replacement of RAM recently. Even though memtest x86 didn't report a failure HCI memtest did at 350% tested, which they accepted. The RAM was definitely faulty, data corruption issues went away once RAM was replaced.

Moral of the story: memory testing software doesn't work very well.

Wow! lots of Corsair love here :) Not sure how I missed this thread. Just wanted to drop by and say thank you guys for taking the time to share your amazing experience with our after sales support team.

I'll definitely share those kind words with our friends over at customer service, and show them that they are doing an excellent job on handling customer RMAs. Again, thank you guys!

Weird experience with corsair.
I sent my dominator gtx8 2400mhz 8gb c10 quad channel kit for rma and it seems to be EOL so they offered me a very cheap XMS 1600 c9 8gb kit , when I saw that I was stunned.
Then I had to talk with several reps and two managers to get a correct/better REPLACMENT.
They finally shipped it after two weeks time from day it was delivered.

But I have to say they upgraded my kit to: dominator platinum 16gb 2400mhz c10 kit .
I'm happy about it.
Thanks corsair.
