Hello, I'm into home recording recently and looking for affordable home recording setup for my acoustic guitar. I'm looking for something like focusrite scarlett 2i2, presonus or m-audio for audio interface and good affordable xlr condenser mic such as audio technica at2020 etc. Please let me know if you happen to have one and wanna let them go for affordable price. you might want to look around for the mxl 990/991 combo. it's often on sale. i had a set that i bought for $75 new during clearance. great for people starting out.
if you're looking for a versatile mic just get a shure sm57 and be done with it.
i'm not a fan of m-audio products. even back when they were called midiman. all their products seem like consumer-level cheapos.
focusrite interfaces have amazing pre-amps, so go with those.
sorry, i have none of these on sale lol. i've gotten rid of all of them when i moved. i do have a Blue enCore 100 and 100i for sale though. both brand new. both are dynamic mics made to compete with the shure sm58 and sm57, respectively

pretty much this. the focusrite kit that AMS has is pretty decent and isnt much money. you might wanna try acoustic guitar forum, its not really a great gear place, but its where picked up my Fractal for about half the street price. Gl
