Is this website legit? windows 8 license for 36?

3 transactions on that site... would definitely pass. See if you can find on a good deal on a key from a guy on here (there's at least one who sells legit keys for pretty cheap, search it), or from a guy on eBay with a ton of positive feedback.

I wouldn't risk buying cheap serial keys, they usually get blacklisted after weeks of usage, and I doubt that site is legit anyway.
 
I wouldn't say the keys on here are actually legit. Yes they work, but the legit part? Had one MS told me was blocked, was replaced by the seller as posted, but ymmv.
