Is it usual to follow the ad link, see an advertised price while supplies last, and finally see the item is in stock but back at regular price?

Seeing all these Ducky keyboards in the ad, and then seeing regular price when I click through.

I'm surprised the Razer Deathadder for $45 in US wasn't highlighted. Not a bad deal at all.
