Multi Monitor Multi Desktop software for Win7

Is there a simple app can do these 2 functions in Win7 :

1. attach windows to the taskbar on either monitor 1 or monitor 2
2. when minimize with Win+D, only minimizing all windows on the active monitor with the cursor on.

I tried actual windows manager. there are way too many functions in it, that I can't even find a setting for the second functionality :confused:

any recommendations will help
 
not sure on number2, but Displayfusion has a very generous trial period of all it's Pro features before downgrading you to the free version. hassle free (doesn't beat you over the head with the fact that it's a trial like other software)

I bought the pro version anyway (you can buy it easily on steam and not worry about keeping track of a key) because their support was great. I reported a seemingly small issue where wallpaper pictures weren't loading truly alphabetically (picture10.jpg would load before picture2.jpg for instance) - they responded quickly and even fixed it on their latest version - was impressed.
 
I use Actual Multiple Monitors, which definitely does #1. Not sure about #2, but it also has a nice trail period.
 
I'm using Displayfusion Pro Personal Home by Binary Fortress. I got it some time ago on sale for $17.50 CAD and just recently started using it. It's a lifetime license so a pretty good deal.

It doesn't do either of those, but it sounds like you'd find VirtuaWin useful.
