Just take the side panel off and look?
-We know it will fit a micro-atx motherboard. You'll be able to see the holes for an ATX motherboard if that will fit though you'll need the risers
-Has two 5.25 bays, and two external 3.5 bays
-You'll have to count the amount of hard drive bays
-Probably poor wire management
-Measure the power supply mounting location to see how long of a power supply you can get
-Count fan locations

Pretty sure it's an Apex. They usually came with PSUs preinstalled. If the PSU is an Apex, then theres your answer.
