More Witcher 3 Gameplay Footage

Really hated those swamps from the first game. Those are pretty good graphics for a console. The game still isn't worth 60 bucks though. Still pisses me off that CD P is charging console prices to PC.I will wait till its 25 bucks then I'll buy it. I consider Witcher 2 replay value at 0. This looks more of the same.

I think you're the first person I've ever seen say Witcher 2's replay value is 0. Especially considering it had 2 different story lines, so it is at least worth playing 2 times. I myself am not big on playing games over after I've beaten them once but I played through Witcher 2 3 times and enjoyed it all 3 times.

Not sure what you mean by "console prices" pretty much every major game costs 60 bucks at release these days.

Until just recently, PC games have been $50 at launch. Now they are starting to creep up to $60 - where the consoles have been for years.

But yeah, I don't think this guy was aware of the different story lines in Witcher 2. I am not a big fan of going back and playing the same game twice, but I couldn't help it here - two completely different stories.

Yep, and for myself, I purchased it at release so when the 'Enhanced Edition' came out I played it again as there was a decent amount of added content, though no new story elements.

Console oriented business models do not apply 1:1 to the non-physical PC market.
Unless big companies see value in developing a model to target the PC market, they will not see value in catering to said audience in any fashion beyond the "We made this for console, and thanks to modern engines, can have it work more or less on PC easily, here you go, you pay full price, despite our not having to pay any middle men with regards to production and distribution, because fuck you PC market"

You have to remember, the guys in charge are not tech buffs, or scientists. They are just regular people who got into business, and often cannot comprehend markets that they do no relate to.
