"In Viscera Cleanup Detail, you step into the boots of a space-station janitor tasked with cleaning up after various horrific sci-fi horror events. Instead of machineguns and plasma-rifles, your tools are a mop and bucket. That hero left a mess, and it's up to you to deal with the aftermath."

Amusing, but I think it needs something to make it challenging. Maybe a timer, clean the space station before the intergalactic diplomats arrive. Or maybe dangerous, avoid touching the alien blood since it will eat through your safety suit and infect you.

this came out last year. if you own shadow warrior they include a free version made for that game. its actually kind of fun. like people say fuck work, but simulating work, that is ok.

I could see having a few laughs with friends when they come over, but to play into midnight after a hard day's work? No

first goats now this... no wonder people say pc gaming is going to the dumpster

At this rate we're going to have to organize an [H] dumbest game idea contest, then find a dev to implement it. How about a realtime BBQ simulator? A whole pork butt takes what, 12 hours in a smoker?

I was about to say, I could've sworn I saw this come out a year or two ago.

Was it just now put on Steam?

It's because Steam has stopped policing itself and started allowing drivel from not only the Greenlight program but also just in general letting developers re-release something dirt old on their platform all the while acting like it's something new (by faking the release dates).
I agree with a lot of TB's points here.

Steam needs to start handling itself again.
