Anyone had an idea for low prices smartphone that has...

...an OK back camera for some pics with a satisfactory quality (pics that don't look like it was taken from a webcam or from old mobile phones)
...and has a front facing camera for Skype-ing

Android, windows, or whatever: don't matter. 100-150 range if possible ?

Cheers !

Nokia Lumia 710???

There are a few Nokia's out there with sub 150$ range pricing.....

Those would be the best phones.

Forgot to mention, I'm live in NL now....

used or new iphone 4/4S are practically priced the same, still over 250

i'll check out the 710. I did check the 520, but it doesn't have front facing camera.

If you can stretch it, the Moto G at $180 is an excellent phone.

There's also many used options available at that price range. You can probably get the Galaxy SII at that price, which has a fairly decent camera.

I think your only options are used phones at the $150 price point. A quick on swappa shows that your best value options are Windows Phones, Nokia Lumia 920 and the HTC 8X. The Nokia Lumia 920 is known for being a really good camera too. Good luck.

Moto G most definitely has a front facing facing camera. It is stretching the OP's budget but in it's price range the Moto G is unbeatable right now.

That said going used is still a viable option. Nothing new in the $150 range is going to have a good camera. Even the Moto G is going to only be an 'ok' camera. The Lumia 920 is actually not a bad idea at all...but used will still cost about as much as a new Moto G. Should be quite decent camera though.

A used Galaxy Nexus might be another option. It's right in your price range, and pretty decent overall still, but still not a very good camera (at best it's ok).

I'm still rockin' my GNex... with CM11 (KitKat) it's literally like a whole new phone, and it was no slouch before anyway.

I've been looking around for upgrade opportunities over the last six months or so, but I just haven't found anything that fits the bill for me. I want a device that offers a Nexus like experience (day one Android updates, etc) with a large AMOLED screen. The only thing that fits the bill is the S4 Google Play Edition, but no way I'm paying $650 for that.

So I keep truckin' along with the GNex... :)

That phone held up pretty good over the years. I had bad luck with crappy radios in the two I had so I gave up on it.

To the op you could find a used S3 if you look hard enough, I've gotten 3 of them for $150 used over the past year.
