Im selling my prized 3930k. This processor has gone 5.375ghz on COLD ambient temperature watercooled. At normal Ambient (67-70F) this processor can benchmark at 5.2ghz. Over the almost year I have owned this processor it has helped me take 12 HWBOT Gold medals and plenty of silver bronze and medals. This processor has not suffered any sort of degradation as far as overclocking ability. This is an overclockers / benchmarkers processor. All of this was achieved on a Rampage IV Extreme watercooled with a koolance 380I waterblock. its IMC can handle DDR 2580
Im asking 450 or trade for a gtx 780/R9 290

I Also have for sale my 4930k
On my Rampage IV Extreme with newest bios it will do 5ghz benchmarking on high end water. Will submit benchmarks and stability until it sells.

Bump because I have an i7-3930k and this thing is still highly competitive in its awesome horsepower, even compared to i7-49xx models.
 
Bump. This 3930k is alot faster than my 4930k that seems to only be capable of 4.9
 
I haven't air cooled a personal pc of mine in a long time... if I remember correctly it ran at 4.8ghz on an antec 920 cooler every day for a few months stable. Cant remember what voltage.

So this is the beast you were referring to. Much processing power, such Ghz, Wow!
 
There is an overclocker/benchmarker here im sure that is drooling for a chip like this

I'd love to have it. Its one of the very few chips that would be an actual upgrade for me, but I like living in the house more, because if I bought this just after Christmas, my wife would move me to the garage and I'd be heating it with the CPU.
 
Guess I should have grabbed it while it was at $450. GLWS. Nice chip indeed. May be interested in the future as I lost out on the 4930k on retail edge due to being late to the party.
