Work Laptop Only!!

I'm buying a laptop for my wife, it will only be used for:

School
Work
Browsing
Utility


NO GAMING at all. None. I'd like for it to have Windows 7 and Microsoft office.

Any ideas?

Any extra details? Budget and preferred size, for example?

Getting a new system with Windows 7 may be tricky, because it's being phased out (and it's rare to start with). Also, does it have to be a Windows system, or do you think your wife would be comfortable with other platforms?

Just windows. I'd imagine she could get along with Windows 8. I'd like to stick below $750 if possible. Around 15" in size.

You can get a refurb Lenovo Thinkpad T530 at the Lenovo outlet for about $700. If you want a new T530 in the outlet, you can get one for around $857.00. Might be able to get both lower; prices tend to fluctuate a little as does quantity. Solid work machines at a great price.
