BF4 & 780 FPS drop

On that one level where you go rescue the hostages from the high rise, is anyone else also noticing a massive FPS drop when you're outdoors? I go from a constant 60 to like 20. I'm playing at 2560x1600 in ultra.
 
It's the water fontain, you can play with it. look at the fontain and check the FPS go to 60FPS when fontain is OFF and low 15 FPS when it's high up... Must be a bug or it's splashing toushand 3D water droplets LOL!
 
I only see terrible frame rate drops in the underwater scenes. 780 here also at 2560x1600. My frame rates usually drop in half underwater. This is during the campaign which I'm almost done with now.
 
The only time I notice any huge drops is when I tap out of GPU memory (stupid 2GB 680's).
 
I have issues with one of the maps where the sound goes out.
 
I have the same issues as you guys:

- Sound goes away in certain spots
- Wierd FPS drops in certain small areas
- Occasional freeze that I have to ALT+TAB to get rid of

These are the exact issues I got in BF3 during the first few months it was out.

Overlord monitors are offered in 1440p 120hz.

There may be others as well.

So there are no 30" 2560x1600 120Hz monitors. I have no desire to go to a smaller 27" monitor, and certainly not a cheap generic monitor.
