Canon Pro-100 13x19 8-Color Photo Printer + Paper $78 AR

Good deal, but fuck ink must have a huge markup for them to want to eat $300 + in initial printer cost hoping people buy ink to offset it.
 
i got my 300 rebate with no issue, actually rather fast.

ink lasts a while but yes, its pricey to replace, i think like 75-100 for the set, aftermarket inks are trickling out now that should bring it down.

print quality is amazing, i've been using it to do poster prints to sell at anime cons for our webcomic.
im sitting here debating doing it at my other address or having the gf do it just to have a backup and more ink.
 
Well... if it comes with a full set of inks and not those half-fills, it's cheaper to buy another printer than a set of inks.

This isn't that kind of printer.

I don't know how full the ink carts are, but you really are buying this for the quality of the printer, not just because you need a cheap printer that prints your school work for under $100.

It's just a bonus that this printer, and some paper (that you could EASILY sell for $25), is under $80 shipped after rebate.
 
From reading the rebate form I don't believe the linked paper will do. You'll need luster or semi-gloss 13x19 (50) sold "directly" by Amazon.com.

There are 2 other selling options both from Amazon warehousedeals. Does that count? I can't find either of the paper the rebate works on being sold by amazon. :\

Maybe guy who got his 300 rebate already can let us know.

I think the point was that it had to be sold directly from Amazon, the link didn't say amazon. Though I believe there were some other buying options from Amazon warehousedeals. IDK if that counted for the rebate. But I found the semi gloss option from amazon and linked it. I also placed an order for printer + semi gloss. Hope rebate works out. Saw the wireless version of the printer today at Micro Center. Rather large, the good kind of large. Felt quality made, not super cheap and flexible everywhere.
 
Holy shit, the rebate also has an option for some Cameras and Lens.

Wish the 10 - 22mm lens was one of the options! Damn!
 
I own a Canon PIXMA MX700 All-In-One Inkjet Printer and its saying there is a print head error? Has anyone else seen this? I did the instructions on how to fix it but it still gives the error. I looked up buying a new printhead & its literally 100 bucks. I read a few people bought it and it still gave the error...?

lol wondering if anyone had the same issue since this is talking about canon printers..Didnt realize how cheap printers are!

I know, my point is if you need another set of inks, it's cheaper to buy this kit and send in the rebate. As for whether that paper will work with the rebate, I don't know. I wonder if Amazon ran out and that's why they're fulfilling for another vendor. The rebate says

So I'd check if "fulfilled by Amazon" is good enough before you do this.
 
What printer would you guys recommend that can scan, copy, print & is relatively good printer that the ink is not very expensive?

It clearly says that "fulfilled by Amazon" is not good enough on the rebate form. It only qualifies for orders shipped from AND sold by Amazon, so make sure you use the above links to purchase the items at a higher price directly from Amazon unless you want to risk being out $300
