How will windows Blue be distributed?

I was wondering if I can turn off automatic updates cause I'm having problems updating PC keeps restarting after installing new updates.
Will it just be a service pack that you could download from Microsoft?

Initial rumors say that Windows Blue will be released as a free upgrade for Windows 8, most certainly through Windows Update. Also, new purchases of Windows 8, whether retail or OEM, will include Blue as an integrated product.

As for the updates, your PC typically has to reboot after installing updates. It's standard procedure. Updates are usually only released once a month so it shouldn't be that much of an inconvenience.

You can tell Windows Update to only let you know that updates are available, when they become available, without automatically installing, and then demanding a restart. It's much more convenient that way.

LOL!, I don't think windows 8 is that bad. Although, there are some design choices that really do have me shaking my head.
