I just picked up a new x230t from the lenovo outlet (liking it a lot so far, but haven't had a lot of time to mess with it yet). I have the multitouch version (not the outdoor/gorilla glass), and I was wondering if any of you use a screen protector, and if so, what type? Tempted to put one on as I don't want to accidentally damage it while using the wacom stylus. Does it kill sensitivity for touch and inking?

While I am at it, do any of you have any recommendations for a decent fitting sleeve at a good price?

Thanks!

No screen protector and no sleeve. It's pretty ugly....nothing on the outside to protect anyhow.

ps...I have the x220t, not the x230t.

I wouldn't worry about the pen scratching the screen with the pen, it all of the years I've had a tablet pc with a Wacom pen, that's never been an issue. I have had the x220t like AQ_OC for almost 2 years now and haven't yet scratch the screen through normal use.

Dont worry about it, unless you slam your screen into something, or stab it with the pen, you wont have a broken/scratched screen (My experience is with the HP 2740p, competitor line), waste of time/money IMO

Well damn... now I can't headbutt my screen or stab it furiously when I become frustrated :)

Not required. I've been using my x200 tablet in a worksite environment for years without any special protection or care. Still looks great and no scratches. ;)
