Good lord that's a lot of stuff for one preorder. Basically, you pay $30 for two games, a Kindle book, and DLC. Great deal!

Still cautious after the Aliens fiasco...
 
I will wait till I see some actual reviews of the games. Tired of people getting burned on these pre-orders.
 
That's not bad for a pre-order, but I'll never buy another game as soon as it comes out for full price.
I'm sick and tired of basically paying to be a beta tester, crap doesn't work, can't access it when it comes out, can't even play the games sometimes.

I'll wait until it's out for a while and has been patched a few times and it's actually playable.
 
I just have to say I'm proud of the above posts! Don't give em money before you've even seen a review!
 
Bioshock Infinite has me intrigued but I will not preorder. I bought Bioshock 1 & 2 in a bundle and could not get to liking either. Both games are included in the VERY VERY rare cases that a game gives me motion sickness. Probably something to do with the art, very dimly light environment and FOV. I will wait for reviews and try it out before I buy it.
 
loved bioshock series so far so i had no issues pre-ordering. plus i been wanting xcom for a while.

Actually its $60 for 2 games plus a $30 credit towards a third.
 
I agree I enjoyed all the bioshock games but this one does look a bit more fun than the others...& the setting looks cooler
 
Anyone who didn't expect the Aliens game to be terrible deserved to get burned.
Bioshock infinite is going to be amazing.

If you were a huge Aliens fan( i heart u James Cameron) like me, and you believed that blowhard of a used car salesman, then you just might have put your money down, and even bought the season pass, in the hopes of supporting a dev team and publisher who would finally put out a decent game in this broke assed, abused, once amazing franchise.

As for Ken Levine and his team? I have no reservations giving him my money and support. Bioshock was an amazing piece of work, i even enjoyed the 2nd from 2k Marin.

When i get home from work Tuesday night, i'll be ordering Chinese, lighting candles in my office, and slipping into my special pink thong. This will be an event!:D

I'm callin it now. Game of the Year.
 
Heh, season pass. I don't care how good this game is, I'll wait for the complete version for 5.00.
 
The bioshock franchise has been fantastic. I don't mind paying sticker for games like this, but ever since diablo 3 I will admit that I am skeptical about new titles.

On a side note, diablo 3 was the biggest let down in gaming history in my opinion. They took an incredibly addictive formula and took out all the best parts in an effort to make money. God what a crap game.
 
Thanks! I just ordered it. I had a $20 credit from SimCity so that made this $39. Got the key and it activated on Steam. Waiting from my XCOM info.

EDIT: Just got my XCOM email. It also activated on Steam just fine. Great deal!

Agreed. We have "exclusive" content deals made between publishers and Microsoft, and now we have "exclusive" reviews? What a buncha bullshit.

Makes one wonder how much money was exchanged with IGN and 2K.
While i'm sure Bioshock Infinite is going to be a solid game, this exclusive crap does nothing for the integrity of the business, and needs to go away.

The games industry is a mess right now.
 
Volucris : lol...and PC game developers wonder why piracy is so rampant...People will pay for a good game. But PC game makers have burned gamers so much theyve decided to test your shit game out before they spend there hard earned money. Same goes with the shit movie industry...
 
So what are upcoming 2K games or ones out right now that are worth anything should I preorder and get the $30 credit?
