Best PSU under $100

My new system:

i5 3570k
ASROCK Z77 Pro4
Sapphire Radeon 7950 Boost
8GB Gskill DDR1600 RAM

Its going to run stock, but may OC the CPU and GPU in the future, if needed.

The PSU must be modular! So, for ~100 bux, what would be my best bet?

I'm seeing the Seasonic M12II 620 and the Corsair 650TX-M can both be had for 90. Thoughts? Recommendations??
 
Why not check the for sale forum? I've bought a few PSUs there and they've all been rock solid.
 
Great choice. Just got a Seasonic G-Series 550 for $89, so far so good, very quiet PSU for those will less power requirements.
 
you'll be very happy with the seasonic power supply, simply the best power supplies to be had
