6850 upgrade time

Right now I have x2 6850 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127576

and I'm thinking of getting this GeForce GTX 680 2GB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500238

But I'm having a hard time finding how big of a difference this will make against my current two cards. We talking huge or meh.

i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600
ASUS P8P67
KINGWIN 1000W PSU

At what resolution are you playing games? What games are you playing that are causing issues with your Crossfire setup? This late into the cycle if your cards are still working you might just hold on for a bit to see how the next cards will perform.

it probably wouldn't be too much of an upgrade. (theres no 6850cf v gtx680 direct comparison)

I have 2 monitors 27'' and 23'', main is 1920x1200. I get about 25-30fps on Far Cry3 on med settings worse the higher I go, and about the same in BF3.

Something is wrong with your setup, then. You should be pulling higher FPS with 6850 crossfire.
