recover contacts?

I lost an HTC Sensation S and bought a Samsung SII. Is there a way to recover my contacts from my HTC?
 
You should save your all contacts on gmail so incase of recovery you can recover them easily :)
 
Just export the contacts to the SD card, copy to your computer, then onto the other phone, and restore.
 
As mentioned always save your contacts to google and you won't have this problem in the future. There really isn't a good way to transfer the ones you have now to google if they are stored on the phone but at least you can save yourself some trouble next time.

If the app above doesn't work try my backup or my backup root if you're rooted.
 
Did you create an HTC account? Contacts might have been backed up there. If not then save them to Gmail in the future. I'm not sure if the Sensation had this feature or not, I'm not one to use Sense at all.

As to the previous posters, did you read the part where he LOST HIS PHONE? Yeah... lol
 
Have you checked to see if maybe they have been sync'd to google and for some reason they wont download to the new phone? log into google. go to your account settings and then to your dashboard. I had an old phone do this for some reason.
