Hello, getting a 4S soon and I'm trying to figure out which case to get. Sorry if this sounds like a specific problem but I hope this is relevant enough to be under Apple products.

I am thinking of getting the Zagg Invisible Shield thing and something over that to prevent it from drops. Most likely something that'll just cover the corners though.

Thanks!

Cheap eBay bumper + screen + back skin. Dropped hundreds of time on all kinds of surfaces, never a scratch.

*knock on wood*

It counts on how paranoid you are, and if you want it "near mint" to sell it:
- Otterbox if you are a cluts and have jello for hands
- Inexpensive hard/soft silicone fitted case can protect you from minor drops and scuffs - this is what I use and mine is from "Just Case"
- Add front/back screen protectors to prevent scratches; back will get scratched even if you have a case

I bought a case at the Sprint store the moment I bought my iPhone 4S that was the best ever until I demolished it and my phone by stepping on it. I can't remember what it was, but it had a slide-out kickstand from the bottom and cost me I think $25 at the store. It was perfect. Thin profile, rugged, and honestly since I upgraded from the HTC EVO 4G, i'll never go without a kickstand.

Edit: Here it is... Looked it up for you. It was made my Body Glove. Awesome case. Never got anything else.

after owning about 6-7 cases I finally found the Zoogue Social Pro, best case for the $ as they often have a promo where you can get 2-3 different colors for shipping alone which will set you back $7-8

Wow those look pretty. I'll definitely keep an eye out for their promos. :)

Great kickstand! I'm not gonna get it but definitely a good idea to get a stand for it. :) Thanks!

I use a Mophie external battery pack as a case. It been very useful.
