[WTB] CPU/Mobo/Ram combo for $120 or less

Hi there folks. Looking to replace my media center box with something up to date. Still runs on an AMD 64 X2, which makes 1080p unwatchable, and tends to chug with 720.

Not looking for top of the line anything, obviously. I just want the best I can get for $120 shipped or less. I'm thinking a Phenom II / C2D with 4GB memory and a decent board would be around that price range.

I got an AMD Athlon 4050e 2.1ghz dual core AM2 processor and 2x2gb of DDR2 available. PM me if you're interested.
 
If I could reccomend something It would be this

Foxconn mini-itx H67s (great mobo) $65
G530 $50(sadly it is faster in most things than my P2 965BE
Lastly 2x2gb ddr3 $20

so with shipping, $20 over budget due to the ram, but this is way better than most options you are going to receive and a lot more powerful than you'll believe, I made this for the mother-in-law last Christmas. I was shocked how powerful this little celeron is, If you can find someone selling it on the forum, thats the only better deal you are going to get. Well that's my two cents and bump!

Ive got a i3 2100, msi h61 board and 2x2 gb of ddr3 ram, if interested pm me and maybe we can work something out

How about this:

AMD Athlon II 210e energy efficient (45w) Unlocks to Quad no problem
4 Gigs of DDR3 1600 Mushkin Blackline
Biostar 870U3+ Brand new only tested - bought for project never completed

I can do these for that price shipped.
