Hey guys, I've upgraded my system so I'm selling my old stuff, everything is in great working order.

Location: Nashville, TN
Heat: Elipsn
Ebay: Elipsn
Payment: Paypal only or Cash if local

All Prices Firm, No Trades - If you're local I'd be happy to meet in person. Otherwise, everything will ship UPS ground - all prices include shipping to the continental US up to $20, if it is more there will be a surcharge for your zipcode that we can workout - but I will only charge for the amount over $20 to ship it (not very likely to happen, as I'm in the middle of the US)

Intel Q9550 LGA775 - $185 Firm
- Excellent chip, ran 3.75 Ghz all day long at about 1.32 Vcore, E0 Stepping.

Abit IX38 Quad GT LGA775 - $63 Firm - Great X38 Motherboard, one of Abit's last great motherboards, stable as a rock and an excellent overclocker. I don't have the original box/accessories, however, It will ship properly packaged in another motherboard box in antistatic paper - and it will come with the case back-plate for connections. You will not be disappointed with this motherboard.

G.Skill 8GB (4x2GB) DDR2 PC8000 - $63 Firm - Great memory, overclocks well - see http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231151 as it is that exact memory kit.

Zalman CNPS9500A-LED HSF - $30 Firm - Solid HSF, nice and quiet, looks good on the IX38GT (matches the Motherboards heatsinks) - plenty of cooling, allowed me to get the Q9550 to 3.75Ghz stable all day long

OR - Everything you see here as a combo for $280 (includes everything)

I also have a Lian-Li PC-A05NB Case that I'll let go with this for $20 if you buy the combo, however, due to it being a case I would ask that you pay half of shipping on it as the shipping is likely $20 or $30 alone.

See http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112218

The case is in excellent shape, practically new, hardly any scratches/wear marks.

That means if you want the case, and the combo, $300+half case shipping - we'll figure out half of shipping cost on the case to your zip so it's exact.

If I can help or you have any questions please msg me

Buyers beware that seller might back out anytime if he can sell his stuffs to local buyers or higher offers. That was what he did to me. Sold to me, got payment, promised to ship today, and backed out with apologize and refunded. What a joke.

I refute his statements and exaggerations.

The truth of what happened is simple, I had upgraded my system so I listed the items (my old system primary components) for sell on [H]ardforum - I didn't do any market research - and listed them too quick and put a price way too low on the items, well below street value - that is indeed my fault - and I freely admit it - a mistake I won't make in the future.

However, when "nanoscale" noticed that these items were listed well below street/forum price, he quickly contacted me and offered to buy them. I agreed, reluctantly as I knew I hadn't done any research on the value of the items - but hey, it was a quick sell, or so I thought.

"nanoscale" then sent me paypal payment for the items I agreed to sell him, *and* other items that I had listed (memory) - that *we had not agreed upon* - he just took it on himself to send me paypal and try to grab them at below fair value, this is when I decided to *refund* his paypal payment and look into how much the stuff I was selling was worth.

- this guy new exactly what he was doing, he quickly sent me payment without us firming out the details of the agreement, he tried to buy items I *had not* agreed to sell him by forcibly sending payment without discussing it, and is now using the fact that I decided to *refund* his money and not complete the transaction against me by leaving bad heatware for no good reason - NO TRANSACTION EVER OCCURRED, he just wanted to grab the stuff before I realized what I had was worth more than I thought.

Moreover, he "threatened" to leave me a bad Heatware evaluation (he now has) if I didn't sell to him at a price that simply isn't fair, and I mistakenly listed the items at, which was my fault, but when I tried to correct it he decides that he is going to attack me because he didn't get the cpu/motherboard/memory at a steal of a price - ridiculous.

He claims he was "shocked" that I wanted more money? I didn't ask him for more money. I simply canceled the deal and told him I was going to re-list the items at a fair price, likely on Craigslist or eBay. After he hounded me via forum msg, I agreed that if he would pay an increased, fair market value price - that I would be willing to sell to him. But that wasn't good enough, he wanted to rip someone off.

I would never sell any items to more that one person, I canceled the trade with this idiot, and refunded his money immediately as soon as I realized the type of person I was dealing with (again, he tried to buy items without any sort of contact regarding those items, he just sent payment for them and decided that it was a done deal to try to force me to sell to him with threats of negative heatware....doesn't work that way dude.)

This guy is a manipulator and a liar, stay away.

I am a longtime HardForum member, I have been here for years, I have completed many trades, all with positive feedback - Nanoscale is the joke.

I never threat you in pm. I only asked some folks here about leaving negative feedback or not, and I believe most people will do the same. A longtime member doesn't mean anything at all when you can't keep your words. Only a kid was born a couple seconds ago might not know how to behave in appropriate. I like the way you talked to me "Also, know that I take care of people who do business with me. If you get it and there are any problems, I'll refund you money, all I ask is that you ship it back to me."
Take care people who do business with you. LOL.
About the market value of the Q9550, everybody of us know the Q9550 E0 is sold only around $140-$150 shipped all over Overclock.net, hardforum.com, Anandtech.com. Techpowerup.com, Evga.com, and even cheaper in Craigslist. Since I just bought the Abit IX38GT from one of Hardforum seller for only $35 shipped, so I don't think my offer is not fair or unreasonable unless you counted on Ebay price. Even the Ebay completed transaction for those chips are mostly only $140-$180, but Ebay seller pay extraneous fee. About the memory, I paid full amount what he had asked for it.
I am neither a woman nor jackass, so I will let all pms pics speak for me.

LOL really? You have been added to my do not trade list. Dont post items for sale at one price then realize you asked too little AFTER a deal has been arranged and paid for.

You should have done your research first and or manned up to your mistake.

Poor selling skills IMO

Edit: After looking at the screenshots above this guy is a double poor seller. ASKING for a gift payment to avoid Pay Pal fees. Report him to pay pal and maybe they will close his account.

I would offer, but your trading etiquette has dissuaded me.

Bump for good motherboard!

I'm trying to sell a similar setup, so let me know what you get for it. GLWS

I have to say, I'm blown away that anyone supports "nanoscale"s position here.

A hypothetical scenario, for example: I list an ATI 7970 video card on here for $50 dollars because I don't know it is worth much more....

Someone makes an offer, and I accept their offer of $50 for that card...because I don't know any better....

Then, I realize that the card is worth hundreds more than that.

You guys honestly feel that it isn't fair to refund the $50, and re-list the card at a fair price for both parties?

To me that just makes sense, and seems like the right thing to do. I can't see how anyone would think it's fair to take advantage of the seller's ignorance and think that just because they made the mistake of listing the item too cheap on a forum means they should take financial loss for the item.....seems a bit childish to me....

The honest, just, and right thing to do in this situation is to cancel the unfair agreement, and if the buyer then wants to purchase the item at a fair price for both parties, then so be it......but, otherwise, wtf?

I can honestly say I have never been so blown away by the [H] community.....I thought most on here were decent folks....guess I was wrong :(

Am I really that misguided? I can honestly say that I don't feel like I'm in the wrong here....you people would take advantage of a situation like this? seriously?
