Ram issues..

I am having an issue with a stick of ram not being used.

sooo.. I have a new mobo from evga. X58 LE. OCZ Ram.. i7 920 yada yada.. I reformated and the same thing. I have swapped slots but then the computer won't boot. I went ahead and ran a mem test and took this picture:



I have officially ran out of ideas. Help is appreciated as always.
