That will have no issues right? Sorry, I just don't want to get it & run into trouble. I have the PSU & dvd drive.

If this is only for an htpc and nothing else, you can get a mobo with integrated graphics and skip the video card. I am running a 2100T with on an MSI board with integrated graphics and Sandy Bridge handles everything I can throw at it without any issues at all. Plus it is a very low power system.

It is gonna be a regular PC, just in a HTPC case for easiness of travel.

Given that your case supports micro ATX boards putting a mini-itx board in it seems silly to me as you seem to get more for your money in microatx.

Also you don't seem to have included a PSU in your build list.

And, as pointed out in an earlier thread, why do you want to buy the GT440? It's a weak card, just check out the performance summary at Techpowerup.com. You're far better off with a HD5670, or better yet, a HD6670. Just make sure to buy the one with GDDR5 (GEE-DEE-DEE-ARR-FIVE) memory. Whether it's 512MB or 1024MB doesn't matter at all.

Also, if you're gonna buy a case that takes mATX boards, buy an mATX board. The cooler you have selected is also very small, and I don't think you'll see that much of an improvement over the stock heatsink. Besides, you can't overclock the i3 2100, and they run pretty cool, so there's not much need anyhow.
