Netbook Recommendations

Hey guys I'm looking to get a netbook was wondering if anyone could recommend something.

Does anyone know how I could install windows 64 Ultimate on one of these? It doesn't have a cd rom drive?

Also it seems to state that 2 GB is the max for ram but people on Newegg are claiming if you install windows 64 ultimate it goes up to 4 GB does anyone know about this?

You can only max at 2gb of ram because of the Atom processor. It's not the OS limitation, but rather the CPU.

What do you guys think would be faster an Intel Atom with 1.6ghz 2 GB ram or an AMD V 1.2ghz 4 GB ram?
