I have this device. It was brandnew, I opened it up, played with it for a while, and decided a needed a bigger one. So I bought a bigger one and now need to sell this one.

No, I did not get it from a store. I traded for it. When I got it, it was shrink wrapped, and in the box.

$425.00 plus insured S/H is VERY Firm... no trades... I need my money to recoup for the other one tha I bought.

Let me repeat it for all of the folks who have questions...
It is brand new. It is in the box. Comes with all docs... and cables and power cords.
It is nice... NO Scratches on screen or back. It is in BRANDNEW condition.
Brand SPANKING NEW.
If you go to the stores or on EBay or even from Apple's website... you will pay $530.00 for one... which includes shipping and handling or taxes in that total. So you are saving a total of $100.00.


My heatware is phenderson and my ebay is wphend00, so you know I am legit. If this thing does not sell today, I will post it in a buy-it now auction on EBAY. I have this thread posted on AT and Arstechnica.

How is it new when you had it out of the box and playing with it?
 
He didn't say it was unopened. It sounds like he's only had it for a very short time. Which would make it pretty new.
