The battle of the cases

Hey guys,

I have researched and researched and I cannot decide on a case. I have though narrowed it down to these few cases:

Corsair CC600T: Great case, lots of space but i like the other case's looks more and its lil more expensive.
Lian Li PC-7FNWX: No reviews, any similarly priced Lian Li I should rather look at?
Thermaltake Armor A60: Excellent reviews, donno if it will be appropriate for a high-end rig, cuz the only time I ever see someone with it is with a mid range rig. (prolly being paranoid)

My Rig
CPU: i7 950
CPUC: Thermaltake Contac 29
Graphics Card:CF 6870 (maybe 5970 or the 6970 CF)
RAM: G.SKILL 3x2GB DDR3-1600
Mobo: gigabyte x58a-ud3r
PSU:Corsair GS800 800W PSU

Last time I got a case, it was really cramped and I had to force in my graphics card. So im worried that the Lian Li PC-7FNWX and the A60 will also be cramped with my current rig.

What do you guys think? Will any of these cases not be suited for my rig or will any be perfectly fine.

On a side not, there is a tiny possibility that I get a 5970, will it fit? I know that technically it won't fit in the last two, but I heard some success stories for cases that shouldn't fit a 5970.

If your having doubts about space it would be in your best interest to get the bigger case. You don't want to look back a few months from now wishing you went with the more spacious case.

True, but the spacious cases normally need you to fork out a little bit more. Thats why, if the Lian Lis or the Armour A60 arn't spacious enough I will just get the 600T. But my budget is tight so I don't wanna do it if the other options are perfectly fine.

Note the 600T is the only chassis there without a side panel intake fan. These really have helped to cool my CF cards, so my suggestion is either you settle for higher temperatures, or mod a hole in the side yourself.

i got the HAF 932 and its plenty spacious, plus its very cheap.

For some reason I don't think the 600T will have trouble fitting video cards any time soon.



That's my old old old vid card, but this thing has tons of room. Waiting for a 6900 series card so I can put my 5870 in here. No worries with heat with a waterblock .

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Icejon, I was about to settle on a 600T. I guess it is back to the drawing board (xD thanks for pointing that out).

Slayer, thanks for the suggestions, but even tho the HAF 932 is very spacious and great cooling (The two main things I am looking for), it doesnt have USB 3 and I am not a huge fan of the HAF series look.

I'm mainly interested if someone here has or knows something about either the Lian Li PC-7FNWX or the Thermaltake Armor A60.
