When you buy used cards, pretty much all of them are out of warranty because warranty only valid for original buyer.

waiting for my 5870 to get here friday and my BFG GTX280H2OC will be available. Never overclocked passed what it is by default (faster than Ultra's i believe) and i have all the barbs/accessories/box still. Used the 1/2" barbs for my setup.
