not really hot...in-store only, tax for me brings it to $180+ on the 955 and the gas to get there and back would be another $5

Yea I agree. Deal isn't really that hot.

The 550 is alright. After tax it is close to newegg's price. The gas to pick it up is the trade off from UPS 3 day shipping which is kinda good I guess. I hate waiting.

Not hot at all. The new tray prices are 955 = $175 and 965 = $195 as of 4 days ago. The 550 BE has been discontinued. All 3 of these will be superseded by new C3 stepping processors in about 2 weeks. Definitely would not recommend buying now at these prices.
