(YMMV) 2x2GB SD cards for $5, K-mart B&M

Seemed decent enough. They're PNY 2GB 60x SD cards. I bought 4 packs. I know they work fine for my Wii, and as a ReadyBoost in my netbook. Shame I haven't found anything like this on the 16GB or bigger.

Edit: these are a clearance item, so act quick.

Was gonna pick up some 2gb or 4gb cards, will look for a few of these instead.

Your mileage may vary.

Meaning it's a retail store deal, and may not be available in all stores (either they may not be any left, or they may be on sale only regionally). Hence the "B&M" (brick & mortar; ie walk in a retail store; not available on the website)

Sorry, I missed it in the first post. They ARE clearance items. The store I went in had probably 50 packages. I'll edit the first post.
 
I already given up on the only Kmart near me, it never has these so called ymmv sales

I had pretty much given up on KMart altogether. I just happened to see these while looking for one of those label maker things.
 
Not exactly sure how this is a hot deal since it's:

1) YMMV
2) It's a $5 item, is it worth spending gas money on it? I guess if you have one on your way to work otherwise who's going to make a trip just to buy a $5 item?
 
True. It was hot for me, since I was digging for something else. But, you're right about making a trip specifically for it. Bad value then.
 
Kmart here didn't have them, only had single pack 2GB PNY for $9.99
