Okay, so I'm cleaning out my house... I have a bunch of IBM Thinkpad T43's some working... some need some work.. I will describe them to the best of my ability below with notations below. If you take them all of my hands.. I'll give you a great price.


1. Thinkpad T43 1.86 GHz Mobile Processor 1024 mb ram, NO HD or Caddy, DVD Drive, Built-in WIFI, Includes battery (will test prior if asked). Computer screen goes Red then black.. inverter or bulb? Nice computer though.. Boots to Bios.


2. Thinkpad T43 1.86 ghz 3. Thinkpad T43 1.86 GHz 512 mb ram, NO HD or Caddy, No Optical Drive, Has Win XP Pro Coa... Computer boots to the IBM Screen and freezes.. The screen looks nice on this unit. Parts or repair?


Take both for $155 plus shipping

Do any of these laptops have 1400x1050 LCDs, or are they all 1024x768?
 
I'm interested in one of the first T43s. I want a dedicated Linux box, and I'd rather get something good than sacrifice the battery life on my netbook (6.5-7.5 hrs in Windows vs. 5 in Mint).

Are they both the same model number? How much w/ shipping to 62712? You say it lacks the caddy...does it have hard drive cover? I've got a caddy sitting right here and have a friend with a drive that'd fit it.

Also, what are you interested in in trades?
