Apple is accusing Psystar, the embattled Mac-clone maker, of destroying relevant evidence that it was legally required to preserve. The evidence in question is software code that infringes on Apple IP and was allegedly overwritten by Psystar on systems sold to customers.
Although Psystar has yet to publicly comment on the above-mentioned allegations, the Mac clone manufacturer continues to maintain that Club Cupertino's OS X copyright doesn't "give Apple the right" to dictate terms of service.
