Oh wow, that's a huge con! Makes my 6 megapixel Nikon D40 feel like a piece of shit now! Think I'll sell my sigma 10-20mm and nikkor 35mm now! :rolleyes:

I need a camera pretty bad right now, but their reseller ratings give some pretty nasty horror stories. Staying away.
 
I've seen hundreds of pictures taken with the same model camera, both outdoor and indoor, low light + sunlight. My dad uses it on his fishing and hiking trips.

Going by quality and performance it's worth about $70-$75 tops imho, so basically you are getting a pretty good deal. Use it as a spare camera or starter camera for the kids and you'll be fine with it. The video on it comes out "decent", huge file sizes but they come out much better looking than any You-tube video. It eats through batteries like crazy (two AA batteries) so rechargeables are a must.

My old $100 5MP Canon A430 blows it out of the water though, in both sharpness and color quality.

I've bought a shit load of stuff off of 1saleaday with no problems.
 
I bought my gf this camera and honestly for the price its an ok deal. It takes decent outdoor pics which is nice but most likely whoever you buy this for will take indoor pix and its not so good. Pics are hard to keep steady and lighting needs to be above average to look ok.

Overall for the price its alright but honestly I'd rather spend more money for a better camera.
