Hey all,
Seeing if there is any software that you gurus know of.
At my office we do IT support for a large grocery chain. And of course we are split up into different groups (point of sale, fuel, pharmacy, desktop etc etc) and we need to have a tool to send non reply communications out to the different groups.
Example. We would need to let the desktop group know about a large scale outage, so we would need to send JUST to them with a little pop up box.
We used to have sametime which functioned fine, however they are retiring the software for the all new microsoft suite (yay
)
So if you guys have any suggestions please let me know
