Rebate only valid until 5/31, but the card is $10 cheaper then newegg on smartsubs. You need to automatically sign up for a stupid Real account that will charge you 12.99 or something after 14 days, but I just called and canceled my account right after my order.

Got this on ebay for like 57$ after 25%CB from buy.com. At the time, it had a 25$ rebate going on @ newegg too and I sent that in just for the hell of it. Ended up being like ~30$ for a kickass audio card.

Just bought a Xonar D1 for $95 after tax Totally worth it though, a lot better than the AV-710 it replaced.
