So, I arranged a trade with Antect900, my 8800 Ultra + 20 dollars for his lapped Q6600.

I had to no heat, he had heat...I agreed to ship first. I sent the 8800 Ultra + 20 dollars cash and some cable accessories. I shipped it out, and he received everything on Wednesday. He said he would ship Friday. Friday comes around, and he says he will ship Monday. Monday happens, I have to PM him to get him to respond, he states his mom shipped it and he will reply with a tracking # when she gets home. Well, Monday has come and gone, it is now Tuesday and I have no proof of shipment.

He has yet to respond to my PMs today, despite being logged on.

Thoughts?
 
Oh geez, his "mother" shipped it?..... Next time deal with people who aren't teenagers.

Nope, they are most definitely not. If you think a teenager is capable of doing something to the maturity levels of an adult, you got another thing coming.

Yeah you'll find a few that seem to excel well, but in reality, they are beyond rare.

Personally, I've had no problems in dealing with teenagers whatsoever.

IMO, if it's obvious a person's a teenager, stay away. If it's not obvious, you'll be fine.

I am a 15 years old and i am very responsible when dealing with people. Ask all the people i dealt with, i give instant payment or i ship asap. Anybody can be responsible regardless their age, its just up to them to owning up to what they said they would do.;)
 
Antec900 is a member of my forum. I have sent him a PM pointing him here. I hope you can get this resolved.

age has shit to do with anything. a 40 year old is more likely to scam you than a kid. When was the last time you saw a 15 yo con artist?
 
It Was Shipped On The 16 Of March And I Just Sent The Tracking # And The Insurance # To Him
Should Be To His House By March 19 Or 20
 
ANTEC900 has replied and sent the tracking number to the OP. Closing this thread, since its going off topic. Please PM a mod if you need this thread re-opened if you have anything important to add regarding this trade.
