MSI GTX260 192 for ~$120 w/shipping after 10% off Ebay coupon, 30% Live cashback ($75), and $40 MIR from Mwave and have recieved all. I would have gotten 2 but I didn't have an SLI motherboard.

Damn that's tight :D

Grabbed two 80GB Velociraptors for $150 a few weeks back. Some would argue it's not worth it but, when they see the 215MB/s average reads (228 max, 202 min) they don't care so much anymore. :)

Grabbed a Q6600 G0 SLACR brand new in the box a few weeks back also, $125, runs at 3 GHz without breakin' a sweat with the stock Intel HSF. Also got 8GB of Patriot Viper DDR2 800 4-4-4-12 RAM from Fry's for $44.99 a pop with $20 rebates - so $50 for 8GB of RAM that I actually have running at ~1 GHz right now... ain't too bad.

Snagged an entire Dell 5100 Pentium D box last summer, 2GB, 250GB SATA 16MB 7200 drive, dual DVD burners (16x), a nice Nvidia 8600GT, speakers, kickass keyboard and wired mouse, and a 19" LCD too for $125 flat. The owner had issues, I fixed it, told 'em it was fixed, and they still didn't want it back... go figure. Never had a single problem with it after I claimed it and sold it for $250 a few weeks later.

Uhmmm...

Xbox 360 with RRoD syndrome recently for $25... spent $7 on screws and washers, replaced the X-clamps in about an hour or so, works fine now, put a better cooling "system" on it (homebrew stuff) but it works. 20GB model but I can always bump that to 120GB now for about $50 or so. Still having trouble getting the Sammy DVD drive updated to the latest "backup ready" firmware, these things are a total bitch in that respect.

That's about all that jumps out, save for the HP L2335 23" S-IPS LCD I grabbed from Geeks.com recently for $162 shipped. Geez this thing is gorgeous and I'm not suffering from the pink hue issues others have. Got lucky I guess, but this is a fantastic monitor I ain't giving up anytime soon.
