We strolled into Office depot at 11:20 am. Got a dlink ethernet switch ($24), cat 6 14 foot ethernet cord ($21), office chair ($59), some cheap desk ($79), and some ballpoint pens ($6)

Total price was $189.

The thing was, some of the items had instant rebates. We also had a $10 off $50 coupon, a $15 off $50 coupon, and a 20% off furniture coupon.

Total price with the 20% furniture and $10 off coupons were $124. They also will let us return and use the $15 off coupon on sunday :eek:

So for nearly $200 worth of stuff, we'll get it for nearly $100.

Honestly, we wouldn't have shown up if we didn't have a bunch of useful coupons.

And yes, I realize I could've gotten the Cat 6 for alot less. But since I had a bunch of coupons, figured what the hell.

Also the Dlink has another $10 coupon for buying it. Not sure if it'll come thru, but...

I work at a bank inside of a store that is having Black friday deals going (I'm here as I'm typing this). I found out that all of their clearence videogames are 50% off. My brother and I have always been big King of Fighters fans I found a clearance copy of A KoF game that had kof94-kof99 on it for 5 bucks pretty good random deal.

Just a $19.99 350VA APC UPS from Staples. There was seriously no line at the store, at 10:30AM. Probably the least stressful BF experience I've ever had (daresay it felt like a normal day there).

OTOH, I strolled into MC @ Rockville, only the end up turning around laughing at myself for even considering the idea. They absolutely FAILED at multi-threading their cash registers. Line was from entrance to the back (BYO section). Anyone who's been the Rockville knows how huge the store is, so LOL to anyone hoping to go in and get out in a timely fashion.

Right but when I work at 8 I can't go to wal-mart or any black friday places for that matter. And if that game happens to be 5 bucks as a regular price there then I wasn't aware of it. Probably because I hate wal-mart and avoid it at all costs:D I was simply on a 15 minute break and wondered into electronics and for 5 bucks it was a good deal, plus he can re-play all the classic kof games :eek:

Anyone know of any good online deals for a 500gb or larger external drive without any rebate crap for 80 or less? I saw a 750gig at target for $88 but it was ion store only and i couldn't make it. OR a really good deal online on a 1tb internal for less than say $99? Thats about the cheapest i've seen them looking online last night.

I want Wall-e, but no sales ANYWHERE! (Cheapest was $23 before BF and now $29-39) Also extremely jealous of they guy that got in on the Amazon PS3 deal, I voted for the Sci-fi bundle.

Got mass effect free because it was buy 2 get 1 free. those games were used but they look brand new right out of the shrink rap. guy was getting annoyed with me, having him show me the game disks me inspecting them for any scratches. Took forever to find game boxes that hadnt been mutilated.

Got a keyboard and FO3 this morning from ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for $50. I didn't see any other deals that even made me want to venture out of the house, or stay up until midnight waiting for them to show up on a web site. Anyone else think this was a really sorry black Friday?

JVC Everio HDD 30GB / SDHC Hybrid camcorder. Cost $249...plus 1 hours worth of waiting in line at
Walmart. They had 4 left by the time I got in line. After I finally got to the cashier they had one left.
So I guess I was a little lucky that I got the last one.
Been meaning to get one of these to record some runs at the track, and perhaps some pc mods.
Pretty good deal on it I guess, but nothing to write home about.

This was my year to finally have some luck, the past few when I had the opportunity to be picked for the vote items and had the server crash both years while in checkout, which yielded the loss of the item.

Guess I paid my dues :)
 
I ended up renewing my membership to a shooting range in town since they drop the price from today untill the end of the year. Other then that nothing.
 
Don't have much in the way of BF sales up here in canada, but here's a BB price error I jumped on today. BB had the xbox live gold kit (xbl 12month card, messenger kit, pgr4 and wired headset) for 79$ EXCEPT.... the pic and description showed a wireless headset. Was able to pick up 2 gold kits for 79$ each (regular price here) but got 2 free wireless headsets. Score!!
