Sent him some HSF's 2 weeks ago, and he never paid me or responds to his recent PM's. Last day he posted something was on the 20th of June.
 
he was on june 28th. I pmed him if he does not reply let me know.
 
ohh god you sent to canada? good luck.

I really, deeply, and profoundly hate shipping to Canada. With the ways things are, shipping anything to Canada is like shipping to Lebanon. Even our local UPS guy at the store said it is a crap shoot shipping anywhere outside of the country.
GL though.
 
I did use USPS. Sadly Primu$ is now a troll. He will not respond to any of my PM's. Here is my last one sent Friday:

"I'M GIVING YOU ONE MORE CHANCE BEFORE I REPORT YOU TO THE MODERATORS AND GIVE YOU FEEDBACK ON HEATWARE. DEPOSIT THE MONEY VIA PAYPAL BY TOMORROW."

I will wait till Monday to hear from him then I post negative Heatware.
 
I sold Primu$ a gun con controller + time crisis 2, he has yet to reply to me on if the product has arrived or not. But he paid me first..

Just some notes on him:
- He PM'd me about 2-3 times every 5 minutes before the package was sent. Ever since, I havent heard a word from him, even though I have sent PMs asking about the package.
- I haven't received any heat from him.
- the items were shipped about 3 weeks ago.

In this situation, what would you do? So far i'm just sitting back not posting anything on his heat until he replies. I've thought about posting neutral feedback, but for now i'm still waiting.

I've been waiting 3 weeks to hear from him, but I might wait some more, cause he seems like a good trader, and he even paid you 1st! I might wait one more week. Moderators, please advise. Has he been logging on recently?

No reason to give neutral feedback for that.... he doesn't need to say anything to you after the first transaction. With that said I have plenty of people ignoring me after the deal for heatware.

But you can give a neutral if you want, you'll just get one back or even a neg for fun.
 
he still hasnt logged on since the 28th of june so my guess is he might be out of town for summer vacation.


but since he owes you money he has no right to disappear without paying you so i say nail him to the wall.

The items were negotiated and paid for not shipped first bro..oh and i do have quite good heat and totally legit just this seller wasnt satisfied with what he agreed on after the sale..

we had negotiated this before i even agreed and paid for the heatsinks

We had originally agreed via pm to do the heatsinks for $30 shipped. So i go ahead and pay for these heatsinks and now i get the feeling that the seller feels he should get an extra $5 for shipping?
when shipping was initially quoted to the total price we agreed on before hand.

all i can say is i come back and all this is going on ?

wow to the seller look if u really want another $5 bucks i'd rather send these back and get my $30 back

let me know what you want to do pal refund me or tell these ppl that we did agree on the $30 i already paid you

No wonder OP didn't give any details on the transaction about price and basically any info besides he didn't pay him all for $5.
 
saw this, thought i would throw my two cents in. i did business with Primu$ a couple months ago for a cpu and hs/f, transaction was smooth. hope this gets ironed out for him, based on my one experience, he's an honest guy.
 
gotta say, i've shipped to canada a number of times using usps, i've never had a problem. it takes a bit, but never had a problem. i actually just sent two vid cards last week to canada using ups for the first time. hopefully i don't find a new problem, but with tracking, i don't really see the issue.
 
Hey, u guys all hating on us canadians. I ship to the states and vice versa and everything is usually smooth, i always use canada post, or us residents/companies use USPS to ship to me as it gets handed over to Canada Post.
Although the prices for gas go up so is this shipping past the border :(
Seems this has been resolved. almost aswell.
 
Excuse me Primu$ I never recieved ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT! WHY DIDN'T YOU CHECK YOR PAYPAL ACCOUNT BEFORE TRYING TO SAY ALL THAT bs ABOUT ME!!! I HAVE PROOF YOU DID NOT PAY ME. ADMIT YOUR MISTAKE! All will be forgiven. I do not want to leave negative heat for a mistake.

NO he didn't pay at all bro. I never received any money. There musta been a mistake or misunderstanding.

not necessarily hating on canadians, more on shipping to canada. USPS dont track across the border so if you decide to file a paypal claim saying you never received it we get screwed. if we ship via UPS or Fedex it costs a small fortune to ship and then we need to either lie about the content or you have to pay a huge customs fee. Also it seems every time fedex or ups is used it disappreas for months and coutless threads are started here saying "the person never sent it because its been a month and i havent received it" and the whole time your customs is playing with it.
