Bottleneck?

X2 4400+, A8N-SLI, 2GB Corsair, Raptor. Currently running a 7800GTX, thinking of getting two 8800GT to run in SLI cuz it's such a good bang for the buck compared to the 9800GX2, but will the rest of my system bottleneck the 8800GT's? I haven't kept up with hardware development since 2005 so I'm half a n00b again.

To a point.
You have to remember that your computer is only as good as its weakest part.
 
Things will only get faster the longer you wait.
With that said, I would rather upgrade to a new proc/motherboard/ram than go sli. You will see an all around bigger difference with a system overhaul than 2 new videocards.
