Morning....just wondering if its possible to control a series of digital picture frames..a gride.. so they display images at the same time?....like a video wall.
 
so...still thinking about this......
If i had a wall of wireless digital frames, is there some program i could run, or have someone write, that could control the whole set, since the frames would be sent the pictures/video wirelessly?

You would need a pretty expensive adapter to split the video like real video walls use. You could fake it by using TV out on multiple video cards, but 4-6 is pretty much the practical limit on one computer.
 
well actually, i guess i really want to know if you have a group of wireless display devices, can you send the same image to them at the same time?
 
I have seen wi-fi picture frames that pull from directories on computers. I don't know how to push pictures to these devices. Also, if using these picture frames to pull the same pictures (pull instead of push), you would need a way to sync them.

Not much help, but there you go.
