Need help Imaging.

I've got a remote customer running Win2k server. They've recently purchased and installed a Promise SATA II RAID controller (Setup using RAID-1) with 2 new larger HDDs. They're currently running on a couple of 30GB SCSI drives and an Adaptec 29320. What I need is an imaging program that will allow me to image the drive, remotely, after hours so that business isn't interrupted. So the program has to be installable on Win2k Server and allow me to copy the current drive to the new drive from the desktop. The two main problems I'm running into in my search for an image program is that the system is running Win2k Server and the drives are Dynamic. If it comes down to it I'll have to make the trek out to the shop during off hours to image it, but I'd like to avoid it if possible.

I believe acronis true image can do what you need, I use it on servers at work but we don't do dynamic drives so I'm not sure if it can handle that.
