The Silverstone Gallery *post your Silverstone case here*

Any reason you don't have anything on those two rear fan slots? Seems kind of open without even a grill :p

at the time i didnt have any 92mm filters and dont need the back fans since i dont have airflow in that direction. a few days after i built it i ordered fans to replace the stock 120's and mesh filters. there are filters covering them now

so, i got bored one night and figured out where i needed to drill holes in the hard drive cage to mount it up in the 5.25" bays and changed the routing on the front panel cables a lil. i havent gotten around to sleeving the rear usb cables cause i'm lazy but now i'm not really liking the ogre sleeving :( its not as UV reactive as i had hoped, maybe i just need more cathodes. thinking of going with a uv blue and uv green or blue and orange theme at some point

Just got my TJ09BW last night and since it's Lunar New Year and all, haven't had all the time that I'd like to make everything nice. This is not the easiest case to route cables in but I'm pretty please with the case overall. I swapped out all the fans for blue LED fans - a combination of Coolermaster, Zalman and SilenX fans I had lying around. System specs are in my signature.

Here's where it stands now - not entirely pleased with the cables but will devote more time to it when I get a chance:

OK, I had a couple of hours to re-wire the case this morning. I flipped the PSU the other way around to have the fan facing up to help exhaust some more hot air out the back. The main thing was moving the big 24-pin power wire so that it's more out of the way and a bit more hidden.

Also took out one of the optical drives and rotated the TRUE 120 90* in order to add the OCZ XTC memory cooler.

Here are the pics as of now:

yenniedn nice setup you have there, I cant wait to get my TJ07 (dont like the TJ09/10), just have to wait to get paid for this current job I'm doing and I will be down to my local pc store straight after work :D.

Thanks guys . . . I'm really impressed with the overall quality of the TJ09. I tried to find one for weeks on the forum but didn't have any luck so had to resor to fleabay and got a really good deal for $144.20 delivered to my door. I bid on what was listed as a non-windowed version and it came with a window! Lucky me . . . although one of the corners of the window is broken off at the screw hole. I was planning to get the modified window from FrozenCPU with the 120mm fan hole pre-cut so it all worked out really well.

very nice tj09 .. i had a non modular psu and i cant hide wires at all ..
my case has basically become a dust trap .. i gotta take the whole thing apart and dust everything .. i just got a modular psu so that should help ..
how did u route the power cables for the hds around the back .. i dont see a way while having the side panel on ?

I've got some minor tweaking to do sometime tonight/this weekend . . . I'll take a picture of the back side where all the wires are hidden and post them later. It was easier than I anticipated since most everyone said this case was a huge pain to route cables in.

Here you go, guys - sorry for the slightly dark pics . . . it's getting late in the day and lighting is poor.

I know the scotch tape is a little ghetto but no one ever sees it (outside of this forum) - plus it's easy to replace if I have to take everything apart (which is bound to happen).

There's really nothing that will prevent the side panel come fitting back on . . . and even if there is a bulge or two, the side panels of the TJ09 are pretty thin so they have a lot of flexibility to allow for some bending to accomodate for a minor bulge.

very nice .. i really need to clean up my wiring .. even with my modular it still looks like crap ..

I was going to get this case this work, but I quit my job (hadn't been getting paid properly) so now it will be a couple more weeks to get this case :( (TJ07).

A couple shots of the latest variation of my TJ07. PA120.3, .2, & .1 radiators, 2x D5 pumps, etc.

Geez keko, please make those pictures smaller.

Anyhow, both the rigs on this page are nice.

also .. a question out to all you owners of the tj09 / 10 ..
how do you have your fans oriented ?

i have the back and top being exhaust and only the fan in front of the video card as intake .. and it isnt cooling my video card at all ...

Is this some aftermarket custom window on the side panel? It’s wider than the original one
The original window shouldn’t show the drive bays area!
So is that rad on the back dedicated to the CPU and the one on the bottom for the suppurate GPU loop? I though the bigger rad would go to the CPU loop!
Why didn’t you mount the small rad internally at the top like some people do?

It's probably this, minus the wheels and handles:

Hi firas

(sorry for my english, i speak spanish only. i try to explain)

1st: The case is (pre-moddifed by Performance-PCS

2nd: Yes i use 2x120 RAD for GPU, but the CPU i use custom modified Coolit Quad Sli (70w vs 56w Coolit Freezone), the mod include: New Water Pump 350L/hr vs 200L/hr &
use dedicate power supply From 8.2volt To 13.8Volt. In this SuperPi Test, see CPU temp & Overclocking #)

Intel Q6600 @ 3.4GHz
EVGA 780i Motherboard
4xGB OCZ 800 MHz
2x 8800GTS's (512Mb)
Auzentech Prelude
Danger Den TDX Water cooling kit

Tried to get some pics of every stage of building the new rig. Got a bit caught up in the cooling so the stages do jump a bit randomly.

Shiny new things:
