I am trying to find the best bang for the buck 22" gaming lcd.

I am looking for a minimum of 1000:1 contrast.

Is 5ms response time fast enough for gaming?

I'm not to concerned about viewing angles

it looks like itll be a lot more expensive than the typical tn though. any idea on price?

Sure looks & sounds tight!

•22 inches
•TN 2 ms
•Contrast of 20000:1
•HDMI + DVI + VGA + YUV + TV tuner
•A price announced barely higher than that of the current 226BW.

Not sure the exact price of the 226BW but i'd assume the T220P will be pricey due to the fact it has those additional features (tv tuner).
EDIT: 226BW is $309 on newegg...
So, the T220p will be "barely higher". Wonder if thats $20-50 more or like $100-200 more, lol

According to the French Samsung representative, they want an affordable premium panel for the masses. He says the price will be a little higher than the 226BW but not much.

That samsung T20 sounds like the monitor I've been lookin for.......can't wait until it comes out here. I hope the more equipped model (T220HD) is reasonablly priced I'd be willing to dish out alil more cash for those extra's it's packing.
